About the teacher


Welcome Friends,

I am so grateful to share my testimony of what Yoga has done for me. It has really been a game changer and lifesaver! I have always been very health conscious due to my Fathers poor heart health and lifestyle changes he had to make when I was in my early 20's. It really helped me to live proactively.

It wasn't until after my 3rd child that I began my yoga practice. It just happened to be on the Wii Fit.

I had suffered with mild depression and anxiety along with migraines and arthritis.

I noticed the effects Yoga had on me almost immediately. 

My stress levels were down, I felt more happy and balanced on and off the mat and I began noticing my arms and leg muscles looking more sculpted and defined. I loved what I was seeing and how I was feeling... the best way to describe it would be youthful! 

Yoga really is the fountain of youth.  I feel like I can do anything!! 

Having three young children it was really important for me to be able to keep up with them.

Who knew I'd be actually climbing trees with them. lol

I asked "How can I make myself do this forever?'"

That's when I decided I would be a Yoga Teacher. How cool!!!

I received my first training at The YogaFit/Yoga Alliance Mind Body Fitness Conference in Atlanta in 2009. I have been growing ever since. Continuing my education through all aspects of the health and wellness Industry. Including Vinyasa Flow Training Levels 1, 2, and 3. Kids Yoga, FXP Hula Hoop Fitness, Buti Deep Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Performance Training, Aerial Rig Training, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Sports Nutrition through the ISSA and Thai Yoga Bodywork.

This is a life long practice to continue to learn and share with others ways to grow and live more mindfully. Honoring our bodies and our health and living life to the fullest!! It is an absolute honor and pleasure to do what I love and help others to love themselves by taking care of themselves!!

We only have one life and one body to carry us through it.

No one wants to live in pain, no one wants to have to be taken care of.... we have to start caring for our bodies from the inside out. Eating a well balanced diet, exercising, and practicing yoga will help us look better, feel better and be better!! Enjoy the JOURNEY!!!
